Available Work
Hi, I'm Rebecca
Drawing from the ancient tradition of weaving as a form of artistic expression, I create textile artworks and dimensional woven wall pieces that explore fiber as both a medium and a language.
Each piece is woven entirely by hand—an intuitive process that allows texture, movement, and form to emerge organically through the dialogue between material and maker.
My work exists in the meeting place of sculpture and tapestry, where structure softens into gesture and natural fibers speak of the earth they come from. Guided by rhythm, repetition, and stillness, I approach weaving as a devotional act—a way of listening, remembering, and returning to the body.
Through these woven forms, I hope to evoke a sense of belonging: an invitation to slow down, to feel the quiet pulse of creation, and to remember our inherent connection to the living world.
My Intentions
My intention as an artist is to create work that opens the senses—a visual, tactile, and emotional experience that reconnects us to what is elemental and true. Through texture, color, and form, I seek to weave meaning and memory into material, allowing each piece to hold its own quiet prayer.
At the heart of my practice is a longing for restoration: that by uniting many threads—human, material, and spiritual—we might remember our wholeness and the beauty that arises from living in harmony with the earth.
